Baltimore Chef Cindy Wolf has again advanced to the finalist stage for a prestigious James Beard Award. Wolf is nominated for her work at Charleston, the high-end Harbor East restaurant serving New American fare with a Southern bent. Wolf is one of five finalists in the Best Chef Mid-Atlantic category.
