Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport had the 10th-highest rate of canceled flights in 2017, according to a new report. Out of 101,015 flights, 1,730 of them were canceled — or 1.71 percent — were canceled in 2017 at BWI, according to research by InsureMyTrip, a travel insurance agency based in Warwick, Rhode Island.
