Finally, the Baltimore Whiskey Co. will be worthy of its name. The distillery will release its first line of whiskey, Epoch Rye, on March 17. The 100-proof spirit, made with a ratio of 70 percent rye grain to 30 percent rye malt, has been in the works since the Baltimore Whiskey Co. was founded in 2015.
