Good morning and TGIF! Unusual weather we are having this morning here in Baltimore. High winds from 25 to 40 mph and gusts from 60 to 70 mph have forced some area schools to close and for all MARC train service to be suspended. A high wind warning is in effect, and winds will ease but continue through Saturday.
