Shortly before 9 a.m. on Friday, the parking lot at the Shops at Canton Crossing in Baltimore had a Saturday feel to it. In other words, the lot that serves the Harris Teeter and Target was packed with cars. Checkout lines at both stores were long as shoppers waited to buy carts full of groceries.
