Good morning Baltimore! Well, we are officially in lockdown — although Gov. Larry Hogan didn’t call it that, or even “shelter in place” like many nearby states. In giving his announcement yesterday, the governor opted to focus on closing all nonessential businesses. Wondering what the difference is? We were too. When asked, Hogan said he felt it was less “draconian” to not lock people in their homes, but to instead shut down the places where they might gather, and could be “more effective."…
