What qualifies as an 'essential business'? More details on Maryland's closure order.

Gov. Larry Hogan has announced that all non-essential businesses in the state must close by 5 p.m. on Monday as Maryland looks to slow the spread of COVID-19. Following the announcement Monday morning, the state’s Office of Legal Counsel has released interpretative guidance on which businesses are allowed to stay open.
