As part of a push by Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski to boost the suburban jurisdiction’s tourism appeal, the county is now offering residents and organizations money to put on programming that draws new visitors. Called the Baltimore County Tourism Celebration Grants, the program offers $2,000 to $20,000 in funds for hosts to put on events planned between April 1 and June 30, 2021.
