Baltimore businessman pleads guilty to paying $42K in bribes to former Del. Glenn

A Baltimore businessman pleaded guilty Monday to federal charges stemming from a case in which he allegedly paid former state Del. Cheryl Glenn $42,500 in bribes in exchange for political help for his companies. Lance Lucas, 44, pleaded guilty to one count of honest services wire fraud and one count of use of an interstate facility to carry out unlawful activity, also known as the Travel Act.
