One of D.C.’s most expensive homes is off the market, finally. The estate at 1607 28th St. NW in Georgetown has sold to Evermay Georgetown LLC for $12 million, according to D.C.’s Recorder of Deeds. That is the same LLC that owns Evermay, the neighboring Georgetown estate acquired by Sachiko Kuno and Ryuji Ueno, the then-married founders of Sucampo Pharmaceuticals Inc. and S&R Foundation, in 2011 for $22 million.
