Ray Weiss is stepping down as president of Weiss PR Inc., a change that will bring in new leaders, a new name and new headquarters for the 12-year-old public relations firm. Jessica Tiller, Weiss’ co-founder, and Matthew Pugh, are taking over the firm and changing its name to Pugh & Tiller PR LLC.
