Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman has named a new director for planning and zoning as he continues to put his fingerprints on the county government. Steven Kaii-Ziegler, an Annapolis resident, will start his new job on July 31. Kaii-Ziegler is currently director of the Charles County Department of Planning and Growth Management.
