A 32,000-square-foot Class C retail hub in Northeast Baltimore has sold for $5.7 million. Hamilton Park Shopping Center at 2311-2335 E. Northern Parkway changed hands this month after nearly six decades under the same ownership. The buyer was Hamilton Park United Group LLC, a subsidiary of investor Jimmy Cheung.
