ADP Inc. is closing its longtime Owings Mills office, resulting in the loss of 123 jobs. The Roseland, New Jersey-based payroll giant has been in the 110,000-square-foot building at 11411 Red Run Blvd. since 1998. ADP acquired the three-story property in 2009 for $14.8 million, property records show.
