Dockless scooter and bike vendors such as Bird and Lime will now be able to apply for a one-year permit to deploy their vehicles across Baltimore City. The application period began Wednesday and formally kicks off the start of the city’s new Dockless Vehicle Program, which was made official with the passing of a city council bill earlier this year.
