Water from a 12-inch main break flooded into railways near M&T Bank stadium, creating havoc for Monday morning traffic. Commuters faced dark skies as they traveled to work after a holiday weekend. As they arrived, murky brown water flowed to the train tracks near the stadium, and derailed at least one CSX train inside the Howard Street tunnel.
