Loch Bar, a restaurant by Baltimore-based hospitality company Atlas Restaurant Group, is now open at Boca Raton’s Mizner Park. The eatery at 346 Plaza Real is the second iteration of the Harbor East restaurant, which will soon have a third location in Houston. The concept broke ground June 8 and opened Nov. 20.
