Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. has secured the top spot for the second year in a row on J.D. Power’s Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study. The Baltimore utility company ranked highest in the East among large utilities for 2018, beating out New York-based Con Edison by one point. BGE received 773 points on the 1,000-point scale.
