Indigma will reopen in Mount Vernon tonight, less than two years after an electrical fire forced the popular Indian restaurant to close. The restaurant will open at 5 p.m. for dinner service in the former Tavern on the Hill space at 900 Cathedral St., said Tony Chemmanoor, Indigma’s owner and executive chef.
