Little Italy’s Da Mimmo restaurant and an ornate urban mansion next door have hit the market again — two months after both sold to an investment group. The landmarks in the tiny community near the Inner Harbor have been vacant since mid-January. That is when Da Mimmo closed abruptly after 36 years after it was sold to unnamed investors.
