Grand Central, the long-standing gay nightclub on North Charles Street, will move to a new location in Mount Vernon as construction begins on a redevelopment of its longtime home. Landmark Partners, the developer behind the City House Charles project at 1001-1003 N. Charles St., said Thursday that the nightclub will close April 5 and relocate to 15 E.
