A long-vacant restaurant building has now found a trio of new uses: coworking space, a commissary kitchen and a lounge and event area. Mindgrub Technologies CEO Todd Marks is the mind behind the new corner space at 554 E. Fort Ave. in Riverside, which is appropriately called the Mindpub.
