Baltimore’s Interstate 695 was named among the 15 riskiest roads in America this summer by Allstate, and now the highway is getting a $10,000 grant aimed at making it safer for drivers. The insurance provider is giving out a total of $150,000 to launch safety improvement projects on the 15 roads identified in the company’s 2019 America’s Best Drivers Report.
