CEO Douglas Becker, one of the region’s most well-known entrepreneurs, is trying his luck again with a new startup that aims to connect U.S. universities with its peers overseas. Cintana Education LLC, based in Tempe, Arizona, will focus on helping nonprofit universities outside of the U.S. grow and develop.
