Chipotle will replace a portion of the space previously occupied by P.F. Chang’s China Bistro along a prime stretch of Pratt Street. The popular fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain will open at Lockwood Place at 600 E. Pratt St. in early 2020, Chipotle officials told the Business Journal.
