One of Canton’s neighborhood bars has changed hands and will eventually change names. Brothers Kris and Jay Seaborg took over the Cardinal Tavern in May and have plans to upgrade some of the bar’s offerings. They’ll also be giving the tavern a new name: Brick Row Pub. The corner bar at 901 S. Clinton St. is a half-mile from O'Donnell Square, the epicenter of Canton’s nightlife scene, and has cultivated a more laid-back atmosphere and loyal following.
