Mission BBQ, the fast-casual restaurant chain that opened its first location in Glen Burnie in 2011, is considering a sale of its company and 80 stores, according to trade publications Debtwire and Mergermarket. The restaurant values itself around $30 million in annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, and has hired investment banking firm Goldman Sachs to help with the sale process, the report says.
