Greenfield Partners LLC sold a 297,500-square-foot building portfolio in Hunt Valley’s North Park business complex in a deal state tax records show tops $44 million. The sale to North Park Ventures LLC comprises the low-rise towers at 4,6 and 10 North Park Drive.
