Viewpoint: Latest Inner Harbor disturbance costly for city's summer kickoff

Baltimore again found itself making headlines last weekend — and not for the right reasons. The images of hundreds of unruly teens fighting, jumping on cars and destructing property along the Inner Harbor aren’t easy to forget. An abundance of police cars and officers lined Pratt and Light streets, long the heartbeat of Baltimore tourism.
