The popular 29-acre Boulevard at Box Hill in Abingdon is preparing to expand. Greenberg Gibbons was hired by the center’s owner Ward Properties to manage, lease and expand the 350,000-square-foot retail hub anchored by Wegmans off Route 24, said Jim Martin, president of Ward Properties. Martin said the center is currently 95 percent leased.
