Baltimore ransomware attack holds up Cross Street vendors, real estate settlements

The lasting effects of the ransomware attack that hit Baltimore City last week could delay three vendors from opening their shops inside Cross Street Market and hold up real estate settlements on city properties. Arsh Mirmiran, a principal with Caves Valley Partners, said Tuesday that three legacy tenants in the newly renovated Cross Street Market were supposed to open this week.
