Belvedere Square, a popular shopping center and food market in North Baltimore, hit the market this week six years after developer Scott Plank invested millions to boost and rebrand the property. The 101,318-square-foot market and the building next to it with office space and a Lynn Brick’s gym is being listed by brokerage Marcus & Millichap.
