Baltimore City Solicitor Andre Davis has declined to disclose information given to him by federal agents about the Thursday morning raid of Mayor Catherine Pugh’s suite of offices in City Hall. Davis spoke to reporters shortly after a group of about nine FBI and IRS agents exited the downtown building on Holliday Street with several boxes. He said the FBI provided a “return,” or a written statement that legal documents were delivered to City Hall, which detailed what was seized during the search.…
