Ex-officio Mayor Young: $10M redevelopment in Upton makes 'promises come true'

A cluster of 38 rowhouses in Upton will soon be redeveloped as part of a $10 million project unveiled Tuesday. The homes are located in the 800 blocks of Harlem and Edmondson avenues just off Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and will be sold at market rates expected to reach $250,000 per dwelling.
