T. Rowe Price, a global investment management firm, said it anticipates that 169 employees will lose their jobs by the end of June as it prepares to fully shut down operations in Tampa, Florida. The firm announced in May 2018 that it planned to close its operations center as consumers shift away from using the telephone to going online for customer service.
