Baltimore’s Board of Estimates is expected to approve a lease Wednesday for Ouzo Beach, the new waterfront venue from the Atlas Restaurant Group that’s slated to open next month. The spending board will vote on the ground lease for 1,968 square feet of city-owned land at 800 S. Central Ave. in Harbor East, across the street from Atlas’ Greek restaurant, Ouzo Bay.
