The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School is expanding at the Legg Mason Tower in Harbor East. The nine-year old school’s footprint is now in 145,000 square feet of the 650,000-square-foot glass and steel-framed tower after it recently subleased 27,000 square feet from Legg Mason on the fifth floor.
