WashREIT sees room for growth in the competitive multifamily arena

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust is known largely for its office holdings, but in a market like Washington, D.C., these days that’s not always a good thing. Office leasing activity is off considerably from where it stood just a few years ago, but demand for apartments, on the other hand, is still going strong.
