After inactivity, three new members named to Baltimore's liquor board

After almost a month of inactivity, Baltimore’s liquor board has three new, permanent members. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and City Council President Bernard C. “Jack” Young have jointly named former Court of Special Appeals judge Albert Matricciani, attorney and former liquor board member Dana Peterson Moore, and attorney Aaron Greenfield to the board.
