Marriott's Delta Hotel planned for long-vacant downtown building

A long vacant building at the corner of South Charles and East Redwood streets is scheduled to open later this year as a Delta Hotel, a recent hotel brand acquisition by Marriott International. The 15 S. Charles St. location was built in the early 1900s as a warehouse and was set to become a Crowne Plaza in 2014.
