New owners of Owings Mills apartment development offer a new name and look

An aged apartment complex located across from the $140 million Foundry Row development in Owings Mills is getting a facelift and a new name. In tandem with the construction of the new shopping center that will feature a Wegmans as an anchor tenant, the 384-unit development formerly called Mill Towne Village has started to lease out upgraded, luxury units as Foundry Centre Apartments. The development was recently purchased by L3C Capital Partners, a New York-based real estate investment company.…
