High-end men’s shoes manufacturer Allen Edmonds is headed to Harbor East. The retailer is taking 1,300 square feet at 635 S. President St. The space, located between the Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites and Landmark Theatres, was previously occupied by Starbucks.
