Graduation rates at University System of Maryland institutions are at an all-time high, according to a new report released by the USM. The takeaway? Fewer students are dropping out. About 69 percent of full-time students who started school in the fall semester of 2009 graduated from a USM school in at least six years, the report says, a record.
