The owners of Speakeasy Saloon & Dining House — a staple of Canton’s restaurant scene for decades — have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy following a lawsuit with former employees seeking lost wages. Anastasia, Konstantinos and Vasilios Vasilakopoulos, as Egira LLC, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 30 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, claiming estimated liabilities of nearly $1 million.
