Under Armour Inc. CEO Kevin Plank’s total compensation dropped 31.5 percent in 2015, a result of the company missing certain performance measures during the year. Plank’s base salary remained at $26,000, the same amount he took home when he started the Baltimore sportswear maker in 1996.
