An 80,000-square-foot warehouse is set to be complete later this month in the expanding Hollander Business Park, located off of Interstate 95 at the site of a former public housing complex. The warehouse space developed by Sparks-based FRP Development Corp. will be added to the existing 180,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at the business complex.
