Baltimore-based MCB Real Estate has paid $30 million for a 265,825-square-foot shopping center in the Philadelphia area. The Drexeline Shopping Center is on 18.5 acres at Route 1 and State Road in Upper Darby, Pa. MCB owns other Philadelphia-area properties including 840 Cottman Ave., 140 N.
