Westfield Annapolis returns with lines and new coronavirus shopping rules

At Westfield Annapolis’ first day back open since the pandemic hit Anne Arundel County, it felt, at times, like a regular Saturday afternoon at the mall. Couples held hands, teenagers traveled in packs, shoppers carried armfuls of plastic bags flashing familiar logos.
