Relief for the web-deprived: Baltimore’s Pratt Library to offer free Wi-Fi in parking areas around eight locations

On Monday, the Enoch Pratt Free Library rolls out an initiative that will offer free Wi-Fi hot spots for all comers in the parking lot of eight of its branches, a new bid to narrow the digital divide in Baltimore.
