Man, 21, arrested in fatal shooting of 51-year-old Army reserve sergeant in Northwest Baltimore

A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged in a double-shooting that killed a 51-year-old U.S. Army reserve sergeant and father of nine on June 2 in Northwest Baltimore.
